Fees and Services

I offer individual therapy for adults and older teens across all of Washington State via telehealth. I also write letters of support for gender affirming surgeries.

My current rate is $150 a 50 minute session. If you’re interested in working together but are unable to pay my full fee, I welcome you to ask about the limited number of sliding scale spots I maintain in my practice. I am an out-of-network provider not currently a part of any insurance plans. I’m unable to bill insurance providers, but you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company for my services. I can provide you with appropriate receipts for you to submit. If you’re hoping for reimbursement, I encourage you you contact your insurance company to verify your coverage for an out-of-network, LICSWA. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits?

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible that has to be met first before I get reimbursed? Has any amount of my deductible been covered this year?

  • What is my co-insurance amount?

  • What is the usual rate covered by my insurance for outpatient psychotherapy?
